SEN | LIST CHANGES: Carlton has made seven changes to their list, with four senior list players and three rookies missing out on contracts for next season.

Jordan Bannister, Adam Bentick, Jake Edwards and Adam Hartlett make up the senior players who will not be at the club next year, while Lachlan Hill, Darren Pfeiffer and Luke Stanton make up the rookie contingent.

General Manager of Football Operations Steven Icke says while the decisions were difficult, they were also necessary.

"We thank the players for the contributions they have made to the Carlton Football Club, both on and off the field, and we wish them well for the future," Icke said.

Bannister played 53 games for the Blues, and 14 for Essendon, for a total of 67 matches.

Bentick notched 68 games for Carlton after being elevated to the senior list in 2004.

Edwards played 5 games after making his debut in 2008.

Hartlett made his debut in 2007, playing 11 games, including 3 this year.

Pfeiffer played 8 games for Carlton in 2008, before being placed on the rookie list in 2009, and playing out the season with the Northern Bullants.

Stanton was a rookie at the Blues for two seasons.
